Yes I would say you can definatly get at least a little stronger (depending on how hard you work at practice and in the gym) remember that leg strength is important in rucks, scrums, lineouts, pretty much every aspect of the game, but that doesn't mean to not work out your upper body because you may be needed to lift for lineouts and you definatly will need to be able to wrap up properly while tackleing

i mean creatine is just water so....
