Think matthew nailed it. I don't believe they keep stats like that dating back to long. But dussatoirs 30 plus tackles was the first that came to mind for myself also
It doesn't really matter. In this years Rugby Championships both McCaw and Hooper were nowhere near the top tacklers (in fact Cooper had more effective tackles than either) but both got involved in the ruck either stealing the ball or slowing the ball down.
