You will only get better by taking up challenges. If I were you I would take up better coaching and take it from there. However Rugby is not just about playing at a higher level, it also gives you friendship and a social circle. You must weigh up all the pros and cons of moving to a team of a higher standard.

If your so good you shouldnt be losing and should be winning games for your team, not leaving them for them to lose more, they taught you to be that good and it s wrong to then use that training against them
