Would it be ideal for a flyhalf or fullback to wear soccer boots to games?

It depends on the condition of the field. Those guys don't have to scrum, so on a hard, dry surface it's certainly not unknown for backs to use the soccer-type molded plastic or rubber blades as opposed to the "standard" rugby boots. But bear in mind that they can't use metal soccer-style blades -- those are forbidden under the IRBs equipment laws. If the conditions are wet, then those types of soles aren't going to generate sufficient traction for rucking or tackling. In that situation, and if the players are the least bit serious, then they will revert back to the six-studded type rugby boots. That`s why many professional players will carry several different pairs of boots in their kit, and select the pair which best suits the conditions of the game. In the end, it's the player's decision.

u can I play in soccer cleats and I play flanker so u can I have no problem with traction and most or my games are play on a mice grassey muddy and wet soccer field so u will have no touble with them

The shape of a rugby boot makes it easier for the player to kick a ball in an upward direction, which is important for cross-field kicks, conversions, penalties etc. So no, rugby boots are always best for rugby players

Every back that plays in an international wears soccer boots. It's only the forwards that wear rugby boots for the ankle protection.
