Pretty much all of them. Women's rugby is defined as an "emerging" sport by the NCAA, which means that the colleges can use that sport to balance off their men's gridiron programs and the scholarships that go with them. (American law requires that athletic scholarships be offered to men and women in equal numbers). Those schools which still don't have a varsity squad for women's rugby will almost certainly still have a club side.
