No Rugby is ever shown on ESPN. Games are shown on Fox Soccer Channel occasionally (that is a channel only obtained through packages). Other than that it is very rarely on NBC or NBC sports but that is mostly 7s rugby as opposed to 15s.

Fox Soccer Plus has the best American coverage. For example they are showing the Celtic League semi-final (between Leinster and Glasgow) live next Saturday afternoon. That said, Rugby Union coverage is a little thin right now as the European-based competitions are winding down their seasons.
