I've been playing under 16's rugby and this 2014 I go up an age group into Under 18's rugby. Recently there has been a mens rugby league team and because I love league I asked if there was one for us juniors and they said no, but stated I could play with them. Now to be honest I don't know if I'm big enough or posses the skills. I'm 16, 1 meter 77, weighing 75 kilograms, play fullback. I want your opinion guys on weather I should join the men's team or just wait a bit longer. I really want to but I don't think I'll cut it. Or should I at least try? I don't have a fear of tackling people or anything its just that the people in mens teams are big blokes. Reason I'm considering joining is because some of my mates who are 18 joined and play and I'm not any smaller than they are. What do you guys think? If you're good enough you're old enough. Look at guys like Gary Connolly, Sean Edwards, Andy Farrell. They were all playing top rugby league at 16.
