HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training my friend, 80-100% heart rate sprints will extend your ability to its fullest extent. Try going to a gym and ask the trainer to put you into freeweights and Powerlifting circuits. As for captaining ive been one for ober five years, and i think being a aggressively positive captain works best. Hard hits- lead with hard hits when your team is low on energy, Whenever a mistake is made pat the person on the back, say dont worry and tell him to make up for it. Always speak to the ref and your teammates with respect. And most of all- Make sure when youre in game to pick your teammates up when theyre down. Motivate them!
