Rugby Tips for a Winger?

I'm 15 years old, 5"11 and 143lbs. I'm playing rugby for my school this year. Does anyone have any tips for me, I play winger.

My first tip would be, don't be afraid to come off your wing and get involved if you aren't seeing enough of the ball, as sometimes the ball can only travel to the wing two or three times a game. Make sure you communicate well with the fullback, so you know when he's joining the line and so you can be prepared for when the high ball manifests itself. Try to add a bit of footwork/a step to your arsenal, as your quite tall for your age so there won't be many wingers taller than you, so you have the option of going through or round people. I'm not saying go all Quade Cooper/ Shane Williams but you'll never know when you need to get out of trouble. Your tackling won't really need any technique at this stage other than, don't go to high as the wingers will be much smaller than you. If you can, but this is not essential, try and add some sort of kicking ability to your artillery. This is for beating the opposition fullback. It can be a chip + chase or it can be a grubber, it's your choice really. I find the chip + chase easier, but use the side of your foot to chip and chase. Try to improve your passing for when you come off the wing and need to quickly get it to a man in space.
