Should I shave my legs for football and rugby?

I was wondering if it gives any advantage in either sport, and I mean soccer for you Americans

Some people shave there legs in soccer because the shin pads take off the hair. But for rugby it doesn't give you any sort of advantage. Hoped that helped. Conor

No. It does not give you any advantages for either sport. Swimmers will do it because they believe it will make you more aerodynamic but there is no conclusive evidence to that. If you have leg hair, it will minimally protect your skin when having no hair would not.

Not unless you want appear effeminate in the showers afterwards! Blokes don't shave their legs and there is absolutely no advantage in doing so!

Shaving your legs is usually ideal for players who use strapping to avoid the pain of tearing your hairs out afterwards. It doesn't give you any on field advantages apart from that.
