Measuring your own progress by someone else's -- particularly with someone who has the ability to train full time along with access to a dedicated personal trainer and nutritionist -- is one of the biggest mistakes you can make in your own physical training. The point is not how much you can bench, squat, or whatever. The point is to improve your fitness and/or make yourself stronger. And the two are not always the same thing. If your current routine is meeting your goals, why would you want to change it? And if not, you need to ask yourself why not and adjust accordingly.

Hate to say this but even if you knew exactly what SBW's training program and actually did it, you wont get SBW's figure. It all comes down to genetics and diet.
