I feel that Smith should be spectator. Smith went because Pocock was supposed to be better. Those same people, selectors considered Hooper and Gill to be in the same class as Pocock. I think selecting Smith wo0uld be a backward step. Cooper has to be the 10. O'Connor makes too many mistakes when playing 10 but I'd have him at 12 with Tapuai outside him.
I personally wouldn't have Smith in the team, he's past his best and it's time to develop the next generation. And as for 10... Quade.. hands down. I think Deans is an idiot for leaving him out of the squad
George Smith is not that good I would not pick him. Also Cooper should definitely be 10 with tapuai outside him
