I'm currently playing in u16's and I am 5'11 68kg, I need a target for u17's next season. thanks in advance :)

Matt, all due respect, but I think you are looking at this wrongly. Firstly, without understanding your actual stature ("body type" if you will), we can't say much of anything useful. we have no idea what additional mass you could carry without compromising your speed and general fitness. But maybe more to the point, suppose somebody says, Oh, your target should be 80-85 kg. What would you do about it? Apart from turning to supplement (which you absolutely should NOT do), how would you add that mass before next season? If you currently are under 16,it is very hard to responsibly recommend weight training, but even if you did, your endocrine system is not yet mature, and so your will not have an adult metabolism, which is the basis for combined training/nutrition program that work in adults. You would do much better to eat and live in a healthy manner, and focus your attention and effort on learning how to be a technically better (and aerobically more fit - everyone can be even fitter) inside center. These are goals that are within your gift to achieve. Your adult stature and mass range will appear as you become a physiological adult. Focus on skills and precision in your play, and do the hard yards. Mark L.
