Rugby preseason starts January 2nd. NEED HELP?

I've been so busy with school, girls, and my job. I've barely had enough time to work out. I'm going to start training in a couple of days and I need a hardcore workout in order to build muscle. I have 3 months before my first game....how much weight could I gain before March? I also want to condition. Thanks!I've been so busy with school, girls, and my job. I'm doing this right now but with a more intense running routine. The running is 3 days out of the 7, 1st is a mile (increase distance every other week, so the next week you still do a mile, but then the next increase to 2 miles), 2nd day is sprinting, 3rd is an endurance run of 35 min (this also increases time every other week). Unfotunately I tore my PCL so i'm swimming which im finding as another good cardio workout. Also the I highly reccomend taking fish oils, and stay away from creatine!!!! Hope this helps!
