What are some good training regimes for being a winger in rugby? Technical training as well as strength, thank you in advance

take long jogs around a park or around blocks. also try to do alot of 100m, and 200m sprints. Do squats to get your legs stronger as well as leg press, they will get your legs bigger and will help in speed. When ever you have time, try to do random side steps. It will help in game if you can step.
