What happens at rugby trials?

Tomorrow, I have my county trials. I play u17 rugby but the trials are for u18. I've been training in the gym by myself during the off season, working on endurance, strength and power, so i feel fairly ready. I will be playing at number 8 .. But can someone just give me an idea of the structure and what will happen. How much game time i can expect to get.. and any tips thanksTomorrow, I have my county trials. Hi mate, I have trials on Thursday, so I'm in the same boat :p. What usually happens is you are split into teams and then you play short games between the other teams. Your game time completely ranges from the amount of other No. 8s there are. You may do a light training session beforehand, remember that everyone is always watching you, so just work really hard. By the end try you should look like you have worked really hard, and always try to stand out during the games. Just don't worry, things may vary, and play your heart out :D Good luck, have a great season, TheRugby Co
