well its not of any value really, but neither is the webb ellis cup (world cup trophy) it just merely symbolises that the team has won. the scots and the english have always had a love/hate relationship (minus the love :p) and the calcutta cup is just so won can say to the other haha were better than you :P its a long going and great tradition since both side really understand that its just for fun and its not the most important thing, unlike the RBS trophy (six nations) or the webb ellis cup (world cup)
