removable- allows you to change studs depending on the field conditions. also, youll be saving money as you wont replace the boots if the studs wear out, but rather just buy new studs
This season I bought a pair of preds where I could remove the studs in and during the winter had proper rugby studs in but at the beginning of the season and towards the end I switched my boots to either football studs or moulded ones. But from experience I'd say the best studs for all conditions are metal blades so I recomend getting a pair of them which will also mean you will not have to change your studs very often.
It won't affect your performance at all. If you play a lot of rugby, and in varying conditions, the removable ones might me better because you can change the studs depending on if its raining or not etc.
