If you go to the USA Rugby site ( ), on the left side of the main page you'll find a link called "Find a Club". This link lets you search for all the clubs within a given radius anywhere within the Untied States. A quick look shows that there a ton of clubs in the Houston area. You might start with the Houston Athletics RFC -- their website at indicates that they run development sides.
