What is the best thing to eat before a morning Rugby match?

My matches normally kick off at 10.30 in the morning. I just can't find something to eat before the game that doesn't make me feel ill during the game, and this has a major effect on my performance. I've been getting a lot of S**t for my bad performances from my coaches and some team-mates, so I really want to prove them wrong, and prove that it's not entirely my fault for my recent bad form.My matches normally kick off at 10.30 in the morning. Eat pasta the night before to get a store of glycogen in your muscles. Have a light breakfast no later than 8 am on match day.
