yes those studs are fine the rule at the moment is that studs either have to be fully metal or fully plastic the problem with mixing the two is that the plastic starts to sharpen and it could tear open someones leg ( believe me it hurts )

This boot is for rugby. If you are a forward, these would be great. Steel studs give great traction. If you play back row, I advise you dont buy these. If your a back, you should buy soccer cleats (which are way lighter) and fits well for backs.

Those are made for rugby. You just have to avoid boots with a stud at the tip of the boot, and not sharpened.

These studs are the recommended for rugby. The ones you need to avoid are the ones that have metal and plastic in them.
