Tickets for England's other home matches (against Scotland and France) are not on sale though. Tickets for France's two home matches (against Wales and Scotland) went on general sale on 4th December. Tickets for Ireland's two home matches (against England and France) don't appear to be on general sale yet. Tickets for Italy's three home matches (against France, Wales and Ireland) went on sale in October. Tickets for Scotland's three home matches (against Italy, Ireland and Wales) went on sale in August. And finally, tickets for Wales v Ireland went on sale yesterday. Tickets for Wales's other home match (against England) are not on sale though.

From what I am aware of, they are no available as of yet. Ticketmaster.co.uk or rfu.com are the best sites to keep yourself updated on in terms of ticket availability.
