How can a 14 year old train for rugby?

So I stopped playing rugby when I was 12 because I was skes to be captian at school so naturally I said yes. Since then I have regretted it and have luckily been asked if I will join my ex club again! But I have to be physically and mentally fit by august and must be at the 'top' of my game. So as 5'1, 7.5stone 14 year old train? I am more than likely going to be playing in the backs or scrum half? I've been told my strengths are my speed and the fact that I always get straight up after being tackled-shoul I work on these also?So I stopped playing rugby when I was 12 because I was skes to be captian at school so naturally I said yes. go on long distance runs to increase your stamina , as you have natural speed that will be a bonus , , remember the rules of scrums and rucks have changed a little so learn them fast , and enjoy .

work on endurance and strength Ithats what I find help me the most im 16 5'2 and only 115 pounds and I play flanker so just work on those mainly

my best advice is to run to increase your stamina and work out to increase your strength
