I don't know where you are.. but you could: 1.rent a boat and go tubing/waterskiing. 2. Go downhill skiing or snowtubing 3. Get a hotel room in a few towns over with a pool and exciting area. Whatever you do it's fun to be with your team. And paintball is fun at any age. (My Premier Women's team goes paintballing every year.

Just an idea you could all go to the hot pools then maybe have a big barbecue
