Well I'm 15 years old 5'2 and about 120 pounds I'm trying to get to 110 I am very muscular and play rugby I also do ice skating and snowboarding and soccer so but I think a good goal for you would be to get to 140-150 then see by next year a good goal if your a guy about 130-140 if your a girl 110-120 but don't kill your self and those weight are if your a teen
