Best shot is probably to google USA Rugby and start navigating. Try USA Club Rugby, then Conferences and Teams. The Conference for New York State is "Empire". It looks to me like the nearest men's team is probably White Plains. Try contacting them to (a) see what they are on about (if you are already 18, you probably are eligible to play with them), and (b) what they can tell you about U-19 options in the area. It's dollars to donuts that the people coaching at youth levels are associated with one of the local men's teams. Good luck, Mark L.
