just a quick question regarding the breakdown at the ruck when your jackling a ball i am aware you have to be on your feet at all times and support your own body weight, does this mean that you are alowed to lean on your arms while on your feet which helps with balance and winning the turnover ? Not sure what professional teams Christopher has played for, but leaning on the man on the ground is illegal as you are not supporting your own weight. You'll get away with it much of the time, but refs will ping you for it. The ref is looking for the following (in the following order) 1 - tackler releases the ball carrier and rolls away if the tackler has got back to his feet to attack the ball, he must release and show daylight before going for the ball 2 - players arriving are on their feet and onside 3 - ruck formed, no hands.

If you want tips on what to do at the breakdown, you could do a lot worse than this:

yes howwever be carefull when you do this because you must keep your head up so you dont take a heavy hit at the back of your neck if you lean on the man on the ground and bind to him (keep your legs shoulder-width apart) this will give you the best stance and will give you a chance to effectively jackal the ball
