Yes, protine helps repair and strengthen muscles. But you have to work hard to get them as you have to rip your muscle fibers. Then let them repair for 24 hrs. But DO NOT over do it, use progressive overload (slowly increase the weights that you are using, start low then work your way up) while working out to slowely build them up without injury.
