No. The highest level of play in the United States for the Union code (by far the more popular) is called "SuperLeague". The highest level of play for the League code is split between the American National Rugby League and the USA Rugby League. All these competitions are only semi-pro. Americans who actually make their living playing rugby (and there are some) do so with overseas clubs.
