I'd imagine the scrum is probably more dangerous than most of what goes on in lacrosse, but those sticks are nasty looking.. Both are pretty tough games from what I've seen.

I'd have to say rugby because there is very hard contact and every part of the body is vunerable to getting injured. Recently I got hurt, not really bad of an injury. I was scrum half and I was playing against huge people, when I got the ball from the lineout out of no where i was hit by one guy and the other guy ran and hit the upper part, my head flipped back quickly and hit the ground. I'm okay now I didn't break it or anything but you have to be way more cautious in rugby cause there is no protection.

Rugby, but it is much more fun to play
