Well it would have to be on a per-game basis -- or at best a per-tour basis-- as the Barbarians don't have a permanent squad. That would also eliminate the possibility of their own "TV Deal" -- each package would have to be negotiated on an individual basis. It's really just a collection of talented individuals who happen to be available and in the right place when the "club's" selection committee throws a Barbarians team together to play exhibition matches against established sides. Even within a tour the team may change radically from game to game as the player's availablility changes. Each Barbarians team is strictly a "one-time-only" affair.
From what I'd assume, BaaBaa players don't get payed. Its a representative side thats about honour for an individual player to get a chance to play for them. Theres no contracts involved.
They are payed a few thousand (home currency) per match they play.
