Hey, I play for my local club it has one sucsess and their also a kid recently got accepted by london irish u16 from here. Im not cocky or over confident but im sure I can. What happens there is be 2 or 3 people that will come to the game from "london irish u16" and they will watch your game and write down a few names of the players the are good, they do this to all the teams in your grade then they will have about 40 players from your grade and do trills and get a team from that. So if you want to get into that team next year you will have to stand out to the pickers
