I'm on a rugby team and this is my third competition and the first two were on grass, but the next one is on a beach, how do i play beach rugby? Can you still tackle people? What do I wear? Do i need to wear anything under my uniform? Do i wear rugby boots? Beach rugby is generally not a serious game. Usually played barefoot, wear whatever you normally would under your uniform if you want, otherwise a bathing suit...not a bikini ( I think you're female?). You do tackle and its usually 5 v 5.

Well this might be a stupid answer, but presumably at least some of your team mates have experience with this situation. Why not ask them?
