You need to look after yourself, you already know you can't play and if you did you'd be useless to your team. Don't even think about playing or training until your fully fit. At this time of year there are lots of bugs going around and you need to keep yourself healthy - so eat plenty of fruit and veg &top up with multi vitamins. This will keep your immune system fully charged and able of fighting off any infections.
You're ill so u can't play. Get over it. My game got cancelled and I'm gutted but I'm not gonna get overly emotional because of it. Learn to control your emotions
