I broke my 4th and 5th metacarpel just over a month ago, and am curious as to the best way to strap it when I commence doing sport again, my doctor said strapping may be a good idea for short term. In addition, I broke my scaphoid and capitate 20months ago on the same hand, so would like to incorporate that into the strapping if possible...
