Krookodile, Volcarona, and Jelicent work beautifully I've found. The real trick to being good at the trains is not so much the Pokemon itself, but the EVs and moves you give them. For example, a Pikachu that knows Thunderbolt, Thundershock, Thunder, and Volt Tackle isn't as effective as one that knows Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Ice, Nasty Plot and Toxic. You need to make sure that each one of your Pokemon either: A. Can switch into a Pokemon that will cover their flaws and/or B. Have moves to counter anything it's weak to. If you don't want to do any effort strategy wise, though, you can always pick Pokemon with amazingly high stats, moves, and typing such as Haxorus, Garchomp, Excadrill, etc. Good luck.
