Rugby Goal kicking question.?

I play rugby league and i am a pretty good kicker off the boot but i want to kick off the tee as well. I place the ball just above a 45 degree angle. I take three steps back and two to the side. If i go fast when kicking the ball only gets about 1 meter of hieght but it goes far. If i approach slow and time my kick i get the height but not the distance. My tee has about 4 centermeter clearance at its lowest point for the ground. Any tips on improving my kicking style? Or is there another way to do it.?I play rugby league and i am a pretty good kicker off the boot but i want to kick off the tee as well. I place the ball just above a 45 degree angle. I play fallback in rugby union so i kick and when i do have to kick to goal off the tee then you need to keep a good look at the posts and then sometimes if there is no wind and put the ball 90'c. Then its easier for a good accerate kick but when the weathers crap (windy) then i slightly turn the ball on about 45'c angle opposite to the wind and then kick good acceracy too.
