Eat alot of red meats and other sources of protein and iron, depending on what position you play would depend on what exercise you should do, some positions need more speed and stamina while others need to be stong and though enough for their positions. You can never go wrong with cardio this will help you keep going for the whole match you should start doing full body exercises, arms, legs, squats etc. hope I could help :)

Get alot of iron and protein in you diet do 50 push ups a day 25 in the morning 25 at knight. Go for 30 min jog everyday.
