It depends what shape you are but whatever shape you are you can play rugby!! Thats the great thing about it, if your fat/big and slow you can be a prop and if your small, lightweight and quick u can be on the wing. If i were you, i would go to your local club, theyll tell you what position you are and theyll teach you how to play in that position:)
