Don't listen to the person that said weights stunt your growth. That's a myth which has never been proved and is untrue. However, weights can damage your joints. If you want to build muscle, you'll have to do more than what your doing. Do 40+ mins a day with pressups, crunches, leg lifts, side sit ups, leg lifts, and most importantly pullups and chinnups. These excercise your back,(lats) biceps, forearm, hands, shoulders, triceps, and pecs if you do some different variations.Look up Barstarzz on Youtube for bar excercises.
Try doing CrossFit about 3 days a week. CrossFit has numerous types of programs such as running, football, and goal setting.
You're only 13 so don't start using weights until you are in high school (it could stunt your growth if you do). Contiune to do push ups and situps and start eating protein and more calories if you want to gain weight (chicken, milk, peanut butter, etc.)
