Good training drills for backs.?

I play rugby union/league in wing, halfback fall back. I have club training but have to play in the age level above and I want to get a leg up on the rest of the team. So I train other days of the week. I have a 40 by 15 meter field to work with, limited equipment (kicking T, Football, Marker cones and a few other little bits) and I'm alone. I'm 13, 65 kilos and can run 100 meters in 14 seconds (my biggest strength is tackling). So any good drills?I play rugby union/league in wing, halfback fall back. There's not a lot you can do alone for rugby, unfortunately. I'd say the best things you can do are practice kicking, do sprints, and set up cones for agility training. Flat-footed long jumps also help with explosive athletic ability.

a few one-on-one drills, tackling rucking, mawling etc. kicking too if your a wing or fullback
