Well I'd go into your local rugby shop and tell the person that your looking for a scrum cap they'll know what they're doing. But some brands I would recomend for scrum caps are : Canterburry-mine still fits nice and snug after 4 seasons and after all the bumps and scrapes my head has always been okay saved me alot of stiches. Kooga- Always great quality but mine was to bulky and it did just as good as other less bulky ones. Gilbert-really tough saved my head loads of times like the canterburry.
i would go into a rugby shop try some on and see which one fits you best and which one is most comfortable
