France are not part of the scheduled tests this year for the AB's. They obviously do not buy into the profit sharing test matches that give Wales and England an AB test in just about every tour year. France do have a 3 test match tour of NZ next season as Ireland did this year. Hopefully they have a full strength squad will be good.
There is a rotation at work during every end-of-year tour -- obviously it is impossible for any team to play each of the Six Nations every year during any given tour. This is simply one of the years when the AllBlacks don't happen to play the French.
