He plays at fly half for the Blue Bulls and South Africa. It is his primary position, whilst he may slot in at scrum half or full back if there is an injury he is a fly half, he's not even a utility man. I'm not sure where the other two are coming from; probably just trolls.
Steyn is recognised as one of the best tactical flyhalves in the world. I've never seen him play in any other position.
