Where to grab a woman in sports?

My friends wanna play rugby with me. Problem is, most of them are girls. Usually when I go to grab another guy I go for his abdomen or chest. But I know women aren't supposed to receive very much force in those areas. I could go for their shoulders/upper chest, but I'm worried I'd slip and end up clothes-lining them in the neck... And I don't want to go for their legs because I'll get kicked. Keep in mind they're all 5' 2" - 5' 7" and I'm 6' 2"....My friends wanna play rugby with me. Problem is, most of them are girls. If it's touch rugby, I usually let them run past me a bit, then touch their back. Just easier that way.

you are tacking too high. waist and thighs. we have women practice with my team all the time. none ever had a problem except with high tackles near the neck. we took care of that straight away. touch rugby can be a bit trickier, but so far in 7 years no problems.

I was always told to go for the waist when tackling someone some times lower if there tall I play high school girls so ages 13-19 grades 9-5th year and the hight are about 5 foot to 6 foot and about 100 pounds to 250 pounds I and 5 foot 2 and 125 pounds so I try to go low to get em down tall people tend to get me in the stomach so go for the waist

Touch rugby- arms or hips... Avoid the chest unless they're super cute
