What you really want is legal advice. If it is really that important to you, spend a couple of hundred dollars and talk to an immigration lawyer. No doubt they can figure something out -- some sort of tourist or student visa, or something like that. Whatever the case, it will be better information than anything you are likely to get on the internet.
