Yesterday I played rugby super hot weather. I played 3 quarters and felt like **** by the end. Then I felt nausea and started throwing up I did get hit in the head during the game pretty hard but I don't no if it's heat stroke or a concussion. Go see a doctor. With concussions it's better to be sure of what you're dealing with. They can be dangerous things.
