Rugby - how can i make myself physically stronger so i am not as prone to injury?

Im 14 years old and I have strong ambitions to play any professional rugby. My coaches say im over training at times , but I just want to be in best physical condition on the pitch. Im playing for county and club at the moment but sometimes im very prone to get injured , which is then there i think my coaches are right in saying im over training. im also 6'2 and 13s ' 10pound. any advice would be greatly appreciated.Im 14 years old and I have strong ambitions to play any professional rugby. You're still growing, so you need to give your body time to develop and heal itself. You answered your own Q without realising it: if you want to be pro, you need to listen, accept and obey your coaches advice. You won't make it if you don't.
