Without meaning to sound patronizing, there's no such thing as "women's" rugby boots. They're unisex -- men and women wear the same type. Your real issue is size, not sex. That said, if you already have a pair of football boots ("football" here meaning soccer), then they will get you started, at least until you have your position sorted out. Many backs will use soccer boots on a rugby pitch as a matter of course.
